All our Moretti Uk Blade Kegs are supplied by Heineken UK direct. There has been widespread knowledge of these faulty kegs on the marketplace. However we have very little complaints less than 1% sold.
If you have any problems with a faulty keg, please follow the instructions as below and email the following information to:

- Details of your fault
- Attach any pictures or videos

A ticket will be opened for your enquiry and assigned to the relevant person to deal with.
We aim to respond within 1 day.
- We will replace any faulty kegs if approved.
- We will collect the faulty kegs free of charge.
- Faulty kegs are required to be 3/4 full.
- Kegs will have been tested and approved for return.
- If approved - we will dispatch new kegs free of charge.
