Faulty Blade Kegs Disclaimer
If you have any problems with a faulty keg, please follow the instructions as below and email the following information to:
- Order number
- Contact details
- Details of your fault
- Attach any pictures or videos
A ticket will be opened for your enquiry and assigned to the relevant person to deal with.
We aim to respond within 1 day.
- We will replace any faulty kegs if approved.
- We will collect the faulty kegs free of charge.
- Faulty kegs are required to be 3/4 full.
- Kegs will have been tested and approved for return.
- If approved - we will dispatch new kegs free of charge.
