Faulty Blade Kegs Disclaimer

If you have any problems with a faulty keg, please follow the instructions as below and email the following information to:

  1. Order number
  2. Contact details
  3. Details of your fault
  4. Attach any pictures or videos

A ticket will be opened for your enquiry and assigned to the relevant person to deal with.

We aim to respond within 1 day.

  1. We will replace any faulty kegs if approved.
  2. We will collect the faulty kegs free of charge.
  3. Faulty kegs are required to be 3/4 full.
  4. Kegs will have been tested and approved for return.
  5. If approved - we will dispatch new kegs free of charge.
